It is clear that these "parking regulations" are simply for revenue generation. The letter is absolutely a bully tactic. (All caps is a beautiful touch too.) Is it true that the city is not required to post parking restrictions?? A bogus, intimidating letter such as this one stiffens my resolve -- the opposite of its intended effect.
