You're right. WebEx is pretty bad. We've also tried GatherPlace which was equally annoying. I think the worst part of any of these is a lack of automatic reconnection when you're on a flaky T1 that's being saturated and dropping packets. *grumble* I dig the blog you've got going! :) I was also eyeing that UI Engineer position at BlackDuck.
